The casual dress code and the office environment. It is unlike any law firm I know.

Unlimited vacation is great. The full suite of health benefits is outstanding. Love having a health concierge that can be used by my extended family as well.

It is refreshing to be in a company where the upper leadership actually listens to the employees. It feels like everything that is done here is based on the client (of course) and the employees.
