What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very quick. Total time from application to signing the offer letter was less than a week.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is open to trying (and possibly failing) new things. I've never felt timid to approach leadership with a new idea.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company pays for each employee to take a vacation each year. It's called paid paid vacation, so you get paid time off and they pay you for the vacation expenses!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like I can be open and just be myself around my team. I don't need to go to work a different person than who I am at home or anywhere else.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Two of the company's values are "Be Open" and "Assume the Best". Holding to these two values combined have helped to create a culture where I'm not afraid to try new things and get helpful feedback.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a great manager who is an advocate for me and my career. I'm stretched to grow and get out of my comfort zone a bit, but also not forced to do anything I don't see as beneficial to me and the company.
