Supportive coworkers. I am not afraid to ask if I don't know something or how to do the work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to do things that are benefitting so many good companies. I also like that my work matters.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are doing everything they can to make my job more manageable. They really do live by our values and it makes me want to also do the same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all willing to collaborate and find ways to get the work done in the best manner we can for our clients. We all want to make each others job easier to do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the 401(k) match of up to 6% and it is matched at 100% and I am vested immediately when that money hits my account. I also really love the paid paid vacation where they reimburse up to 2K of my vacation expenses.
