Everyone is focused on doing great work, at the company and for our customers. But it's a very Collaborative environment. I've seen NO politics, kingdom building, or nepotism of any kind. We're all here working together to make the company great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The are approachable, supportive and set a high bar but help you get there when you need it. They recognize failing can be part of the process and that it's a part of growth. Accountable, inspiring and fair come to mind.
