What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ben and Ryan are some of the most humble guys you'd meet even though they are running an AMAZING company that delivers a great product. Honestly, I have nothing but praise for them
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They really are paying attention to how you're doing and strive to make it worth staying with them, giving a great compensation value, so that you can mainly focus on your job without worrying about pay!
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's a hard process because they have to be selective, but if you stay honest and let them know that you are committed to hard work, they can gauge you and see if you're a good fit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are full of hype and information of what's coming. We have chances to get feedback from other teams, and give feedback to other teams. We try to be open the entire time and make sure that we are helping everyone reach the next best level together.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to either work with people who are brand ambassadors, happy with us, or maybe struggling to see the value. But with each interaction I get to strive to make their experience even better and help them see that we really can set people free to do great work.
