I was sourced, so it was a lot of conversations that were very informative and searching. Recruiters were very helpful, knowledgable and didn't overpromise.

It was thorough without being burdensome. I got a chance to meet a large number of my potential coworkers and had an excellent recruitment partner. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable.

The culture is purposefully created. There is a distinct idea and strategy to our culture at BambooHR. Everything else is affected by that central idea. The environment is positive and optimistic.

I am valued, trusted, supported and engaged here. The mission and vision for the company is something I can get behind. I believe wholeheartedly in the direction of the company. And, it's just fun to be at work.

Just good humans to work with. Our recruiting team does such a solid job optimizing for culture. Every person hired at BambooHR knows what's expected of them culturally and intrapersonally. And it works. My team members are all genuinely great people.
