It was extremely fast. I went from applying to accepting my job offer all within a few days.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
BambooHR offers a benefit called "Paid Paid Vacation", where they encourage team members to take a vacation on the company, once a year.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with customers who really LOVE our product makes me most happy at work. It's great to see that we're actually making people's lives easier.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is small, only made up of 5 members, so I feel that we're able to collaborate effectively and get things done in a timely manner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team takes pride in being clear with and approachable to the rest of the company. I've never felt like I can't go to any member of the leadership team with ideas or questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company and each employee is committed to a set of values that dictate how we communicate and interact with each other. The values aren't just posters on a wall somewhere, but are actually talked about all the time.
