I think the compensation could be a little more competitive.

I like how transparent the interviewers were about flaws they saw in my resume and allowed me to address those concerns openly and honestly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has clear-cut values that define the culture. YOu know exactly what the company will be like before you even get in the door. The most important thing is the company actually follows their values.
