I have had support and upward growth while at Banfield. I feel recognized as a CVT, which was not the case in other companies I have worked for. I think the company can put too much emphasis on numbers, especially to those in the field, and that is the number one reason doctors and cvts leave.

The ability to be yourself at work, it really truly feels inclusive and its not just lipnservice.

The HSA has helped my family a lot. I love that we also now offer paid parental leave.
