Being given the freedom to do what I feel is best for the hospital that aligns with the vision and purpose of the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Senior leaders have been more invested in the purpose and vision of the company than previous senior leadership, which is great. It feels like we are back on track to deliver on our vision and purpose with Brian and the rest of senior leadership leading the associates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Delivering on taking care of our people would include compensation. There are a lot of other companies that are compensating at a much higher rate. I have chosen to stay due to the vision and purpose that the company has over competition, however compensation is a key factor that is crucial.
