Over several years, I have seen Banfield's culture shift to something that is very corporate (political and bureaucratic) because of the senior leadership team at MVH. Bonus payouts rule decisions which takes capital out of the business needed to build a resilient / stable business long-term

Willingness to collaborate, desire to make things that seem impossible work, ability to relate on a personal level.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop the politics at MVH. In the past two years, the power dynamics and ignorance of Mars Culture has had negative impacts on Banfield's use of the culture for good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is capped and the company is unwilling to expand my role. I asked for an expanded role to ensure I continue to develop and was told NO. Anticipate salary caps and avoid them. If someone performs as well shunting growth and pay = disengagement
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am doing work that is not in my job description. I tis work I do extremely well and it is convenient for HR Leadership to have someone like me handle the toughest projects well. This eliminates any room for me to do any new, high impact work.
