Their commitment to associates, particularly those in hospitals, and their responsiveness to important issues like inclusion and diversity. Associate safety was prioritized throughout the COVID pandemic, and they've adapted accordingly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have an established culture of making educational opportunities from any mistakes, and we all band together in a pinch. We're allowed to be interesting people rather than masks of professionalism.
