What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are a diverse group of people, available for questions/input, focusing on wellness and it feels like they are putting the associates as a priority.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people I work with and appreciate the ability to work from home. I enjoy my work and the fact that I am rarely bored.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Banfield truly strives to include everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, race or gender. They are diversity groups that educate and support a variety of people and everyone is welcome.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that I am paid very well, I have insurance coverage that include chiro and massage, which means so much to me. Banfield makes a generous contribution to both my HSA and 401k plans.
