That Networking is encouraged, what's your next best move is really something that I have not encountered before.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We make a point to interact in social environment to get to know each out her better. They are really funny and smart.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making genuine connections with people when helping them. Really feeling that I am making a difference in the lives of pets and people in my job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my group has had to push to have our job description re-evaluated as we have been given more work with new responsibilities without the added compensation. My LM is trying to get this done and I appreciate it very much.
