Banfield is a good secure corporate run practice. However it has its flaws with some policies for pets and associates. Climbing the ladder here is also difficult and takes years. In order to rise to success, you must ensure you befriend the upper management.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my coworkers and getting through our long days together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We attempt to try uplift each other with our actions and words.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the way my PM tries her hardest to make everyone happy while still having a successful day!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are the best team and mesh very well. Everyone fits a different niche of the hospital. We are all very knowledgeable and friendly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The veterinary field is paid close to upper management retail and fast food places. However here we are exposed to diseases, radiation, and animal inflicted wounds. To be a McDonald's manager would be much safer and easier.
