The associates relationships with each other. I appreciate the fact that Banfield is always looking for ways to improve on associate well being.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The respect for each other and high level of communication that we have. The fact that each and every one of us comes to work each day to help pets.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a line manager I am aware of some of the compensation increases that others are being offered for retention. It is frustrating for those of us who choose to stay not to get rewarded monetarily without threatening to leave in order to receive it.
