
Focus on the people more and less on the numbers/profit/bottom line
smart, dedicated, hard working, animal lovers that put the needs of hospital associates first
Mars has been known for paying above national average, however I don't feel that translates to the MVH businesses.
it seems that the loudest voice is leading the way with little in the way of consideration of impact of their actions and decisions on hospital associates. it can be improved by slowing down and taking time to focus on changes that are truly beneficial for the long term
