Banner Health Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Management incentive pay paid out in april for previous year

Offset of medical, dental,vision costs.

The variety to pick and choose what benefits are most important to my family. There is so much offered!

The company matched 401k up to 4 or 5%

The medical benefits, retirement program and all of the other programs offered to help keep us healthy - Virta, Hinge, etc.

Health insurance is fairly good

No charge for primary care doctor

Benefits and pay are great

Easy to navigate and get guidance

Exexutive incentives - MIP, time off

The Insurance options are plentiful

Review from Operations Dept

401 and HSA, and PTO

Review from Operations Dept

The 401k match is awesome ! Medical and dental is a great deal

Review from Customer Support Dept

They pay and benefits are actually wonderful better than most places

Review from Customer Support Dept

I believe we have pretty good benefits for our market.

We get to carry over vacation time and that allows us to keep a pretty good bank of time available.

Review from Customer Support Dept

There are multiple choices to choose from.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Close to market. I feel longer term employees deserve slightly larger percentage raises in order to keep up with nationwide pay scales...

Review from Customer Support Dept

I am happy with my starting wage. I also have gotten a raise every year.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I get paid great for a nurse

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would like raises that exceed inflation. Based more on performance than how much your direct supervisor likes you.

Undervalued due to the fact that leadership is disingenuous, they act like they want your input on how to make things better, but in reality, they do not care. Compensation should align with the market and level of work.

Review from Operations Dept

Getting paid for overtime hours when you are salaried... instead of being yold to "flex" your hours... no way to flex when there is no one to cover you... and its too busy to ever get to "flex"

Travel nurses make 10 times more money and I have worked there 28 years. Loyalty means nothing.

not valued at all. Ridden like a racehorse and thrown aside and nothing is never enough. my compensation is less that my husband made in 1984 working in the mailroom for JC Penny. Wages are abhorrent and embarrassing. Manager is a micromanager who has destroyed out team and now have no members wor

Review from Operations Dept

Better benefits, and not being undervalued as a employee.

Pays reasonably for a non profit, but could better keep up with market rate

For being one of the largest ACOs, our own insurance is still quite costly for employees

More experience people have less pay than new experience people

I HAVE MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A NURSE, I WAS PAID AS SOMEONE WITH NO EXPERIENCE

Review from Customer Support Dept

Higher wages and decent raises.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I was/am the top performer in my work place. New management came in about a year ago and informed several staff members they are overpaid and not even worth the amount we are currently being paid. Since then around 25 to 30 people have quit.

Distinguishing experience and excellence. Fair pay for work effort.

Benefits are way too high

for the amount of work and liability we have, our pay is not adequate with the cost of living

Review from Customer Support Dept

I need to be paid more to offset high cost of living.

Benefit premiums should be less and Banner Staffing should be treated equally from core staff

Feel very undervalued amd underpaid

No reinvestment in employees or retention

Affordable insurance. I was seen at another Banner and was told my Banner Aetna was unacceptable. Why doesnt Banner take their own insurance?
