The leadership does the best they can with what they are given
Review from Operations Dept
fun and engaging with all team members
Their transparency about what is coming.
Very involved.... in the financials.. not in work/life balance or understanding safe nursing-patient ratios.
i'm not sure how i would rate them
Review from Customer Support Dept
more transparent, better communication, equal opportunities, more team focused
Communication, and providing their employees with the tools to succeed.
Being a good leader means having the skills to support and communicate with your team, as a team. A good leader shows integrity and a willingness to help you grow and learn. When you feel Targeted and belittled by leadership, the end result is devastating.
Quality of patient care and standards
Everything mainly putting patients first over profits
Management incentive pay paid out in april for previous year
Offset of medical, dental,vision costs.
The variety to pick and choose what benefits are most important to my family. There is so much offered!
The company matched 401k up to 4 or 5%
The medical benefits, retirement program and all of the other programs offered to help keep us healthy - Virta, Hinge, etc.
I would like raises that exceed inflation. Based more on performance than how much your direct supervisor likes you.
Undervalued due to the fact that leadership is disingenuous, they act like they want your input on how to make things better, but in reality, they do not care. Compensation should align with the market and level of work.

Getting paid for overtime hours when you are salaried... instead of being yold to "flex" your hours... no way to flex when there is no one to cover you... and its too busy to ever get to "flex"
Travel nurses make 10 times more money and I have worked there 28 years. Loyalty means nothing.
not valued at all. Ridden like a racehorse and thrown aside and nothing is never enough. my compensation is less that my husband made in 1984 working in the mailroom for JC Penny. Wages are abhorrent and embarrassing. Manager is a micromanager who has destroyed out team and now have no members wor

always working to be the best- quality and care / fun and engaging
I lead my team and they're great people
Those that care, truly do.
we are all doing the same job, and can step in to eachothers duties seamlessly, until we get a new hire that has to DO EVERYTHING
Our night team is supportive and great to work with. Staff meetings address lots of issues and our leaders work to help us meet our goals.
Find other jobs banner is horrible
Leadership. Respect the time of others
Eliminate bullying culture and toxic behaviors. People should speak up when others are being treated badly or when assignments are unbalanced. There should not be retailiation for employees doing the right thing, from their own coworkers.
Review from Operations Dept
Better management that is more organized in the meetings.
Oh Lawd! I met a co-worker who was sabotaging me. She was very defensive and would do anything to be "right." She lacks respect and she is a smarty pants. She snitched on me and reported every little mistake yet I was only a few days/weeks old in the organization. She made me quit.
shared goal of doing the right thing
Oneteam focused to remind we all care about the same goal which is our patient
We give each other positive reinforcement
I honestly love working with my colleagues
The team tried to keep everyone motivated and help each other out. The clinicsl nurses. The upper management nurses wouldnt know how to work the floor... chart.. or use the equipment.
Eliminate toxic behaviors that slowly degrade a person over time.
Review from Operations Dept
Actual meetings with specified dates for handling complaints.
Employees are jaded because they cut staff to make money
The co-worker I shared office with was full of negative energy. When she got in the room you could feel the negativity. The other -co-worker was better but she lacked leadership skills.
Do to our leadership being fake and not trustworthy
The interview process was seamless
Review from Operations Dept
i cant remember what my interview process was like
Can't recall my own personal experience
The ability to interview virtually.
My manager that I interviewed with at the time. She was positive, upbeat, loved the company, and loved the department. She made me excited.
Too much emphasis on degrees and not enough creedence given for proven accomplishment and effective influence on positive patient outcomes
They seemed very desperate for an employee. I almost knew what I was getting myself into but it was worth a trial so that I can appreciate good employers.
Not so much the interview, but the process to make it through recruiting, onboarding and background checks is too long and the website to find open positions is atrocious
To get recruiters to interview correctly
Speed it up, and make it less difficult
Leading a competent team and having autonomy
I have always done and like bedside nursing, so seeing the patient hopefully progress to getting better, being able interacting and getting to know them and be apart of their care team to advocate for them.
being a good role model for my peers
Having the ability to learn and grow and be part of projects that include multidisciplinary teams.
Knowing i am part of a genuine caring team that helps the people in our community in a time of need
Sentinel events, poor care and lack of leadership connecting with staff and patients
Already listed in the prev responses.
Review from Operations Dept
Better training on the charting system, better orientation to the department plans
The management needs to improve the way they grow our talent. They need to encourage and support our needs.
Feeling more appreciated for the sacrifices we made would be nice.... It wears you down and out quickly when your supervisors have nothing nice to say. You can have a Boss , fully support you and your work 1 day and in a month, when it's a new boss, suddenly you're told your doing it all wrong
