The management needs to improve the way they grow our talent. They need to encourage and support our needs.
Feeling more appreciated for the sacrifices we made would be nice.... It wears you down and out quickly when your supervisors have nothing nice to say. You can have a Boss , fully support you and your work 1 day and in a month, when it's a new boss, suddenly you're told your doing it all wrong

They should restructure the whole section. Otherwise, they will forever have new people yet it's dangerous for the organization's integrity.
A LOT. THE PATIENTS THAT ARE SEEN ARE NASTY AND MEAN. YET WE ARE SUPPOSED TO MAINTAIN OUR POISE AND CONCERN WHEN THEY COME IN YELLING ? DO AWAY WITH THE RESERVATION THING AT URGENT CARE ...PEOPLE EXPECT TO BE SEEN AT THAT TIME, YET THEY HAVE A 4 HR WAIT - REDICULOUS

Customers are becoming upset with Techanagement/Entech because we have lost so many employees that we cannot support their needs as they expect. We need more employees and need management to foster a work environment that is rewarding and fun, not dreaded and a dead end
Fair compensation for work performed
Too much negativity and bullying in the place amongst one another especially the SR managers in HIMS department too much favortism with director and SR managers in the HIMS department
