For being one of the largest ACOs, our own insurance is still quite costly for employees
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not so much the interview, but the process to make it through recruiting, onboarding and background checks is too long and the website to find open positions is atrocious
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my team NOW is phenomenal and supportive. The issue is that I've had a revolving door or leaders in the past several years, each with their own priorities, vision and self-interests
