Banner South Campus is the worst hospital both for patients and employees. Management is so terrible. Out of touch with reality and overly sensitive about money and profit even though they lease a building from Pima County.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership in the kitchen and Environmental Services department needs to be replaced with people that know how to manage other human beings, not just hired at obscene amounts of money to manage a department without even stepping into it on a daily basis.
