Worked 25 years at banner health. The employees for the most part are great people. Management is awful. They are belittling and don't try to make the most of your potential. When you reach out for help, they aren't only unwilling, but they don't provide answers. Not a good place to work.

Better benefits, and not being undervalued as a employee.

Better management that is more organized in the meetings.

Communication, and providing their employees with the tools to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is nothing positive in my company. Our meetings are negative. We don't get recognition for our work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The management needs to improve the way they grow our talent. They need to encourage and support our needs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My manager that I interviewed with at the time. She was positive, upbeat, loved the company, and loved the department. She made me excited.
