What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am happy with my starting wage. I also have gotten a raise every year.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I got to meet and talk to not only the higher-up managers but the immediate supervisor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers are amazing. We all work together and help each other out. We do potlucks and celebrate retirements and birthdays as a group.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone here loves their job and taking care of patients! I can tell because everyone is friendly and has a smile on their face.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love helping patients in general, but I am so happy coming to work at Banner. I really love my co-workers here because they all have smiles on their face and are as enthusiastic about patients as I am.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really love my leadership. I honestly feel that everyone from my immediate supervisor to the head of Medical Imaging really care about me! They encourage me to succeed and totally support me. I know I can go to them with any problem and they will listen and be there for me. I am very happy here.
