I had 5 people at my interview, which to be honest is a bit extreme for my position.

Close to market. I feel longer term employees deserve slightly larger percentage raises in order to keep up with nationwide pay scales...
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us have been here long enough that we know how to work well with one another. We're almost all here for the benefit of our patients.
