Tecjh management has taken no responsibility to hire new employees and give the remaining staff unrealistic work loads. I have been here for 8 years and have seen current Management, which took over about 1 year ago, make banner a terrible place for enployment. Over 25 employees have quite since.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Speed it up, and make it less difficult
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need to hire a better management team, one that doesn't only care about the bottom line.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most team members still perform their job at a high level regardless of what management has said about them being over paid by management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to stop belittling their workers and stop telling them they are over paid for what they do. Need to build better management/employee relationships.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was/am the top performer in my work place. New management came in about a year ago and informed several staff members they are overpaid and not even worth the amount we are currently being paid. Since then around 25 to 30 people have quit.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers are becoming upset with Techanagement/Entech because we have lost so many employees that we cannot support their needs as they expect. We need more employees and need management to foster a work environment that is rewarding and fun, not dreaded and a dead end
