my work load and coworkers
Leading a competent team and having autonomy
I have always done and like bedside nursing, so seeing the patient hopefully progress to getting better, being able interacting and getting to know them and be apart of their care team to advocate for them.
being a good role model for my peers
Having the ability to learn and grow and be part of projects that include multidisciplinary teams.
