Great worklife balance and pay. But it's a double edge sword as that means I'm concerned about growth.

We need product-market fit, and better execution leadership.

It was quick and effective. # days from application to hired

We all are here for the same reason, and have the same mission

What is the best part about your compensation package?

$200 monthly stipend for work from home. I am paid an average to above-average salary as well.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We need better direction from leadership. A multi-year vision would be helpful. I feel like we are short sighted

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I really love our benefits package & pay. I believe we pay fairly for work and the benefits are top notch

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Clear communication around SMART goals. Lofty visions are great, but it's hard to execute as a team without these goals. Need more "tier 2" leadership. Exec team can set the vision, but there is no execution leadership.
