Barry's Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Free classes i can use to unlomited amounts

Free classes, Calm membership, annual bonus

Base salary is good and there's an opportunity for an annual bonus

Review from HR Dept

HQ holiday days off and free classes for employees

Review from HR Dept

Compensation reflects my experience, abilities and knowledge.

The pay and time off benefits

Free classes anywhere in the world.

Review from Operations Dept

The adjustment made with the benefits are better and I feel they are helping to support things that matter in our lives.

The insurance and PTO are good.

Review from Operations Dept

free Barry's and other gym classes. this is an amazing perk. fun parties, great give aways at times for participation in events.

Based on performance and how long you have been with the company.

Review from Executive Dept

I think we have a good health insurance company.

Review from Operations Dept

Goals to earn more are reasonable - they are not so far out left field that you don't have a chance, and there are people who are willing to help you reach them.

Review from Executive Dept

I work at a gym and get all benefits possible.

Review from Operations Dept

As an instructor, I have the ability to earn more as my classes fill up! This motivates me in my marketing position as well, because I have the chance to help out all the instructor's fill their classes!

Review from Marketing Dept

The ceiling continually gets taller and taller especially when it's known how hard you work and just what kind of benefit you bring to the company.

The health benefits are absolutely stellar. It can get expensive if you want any sort of speciality work done, like physical therapy, but it's incredible otherwise. And I love being able to do the workout, as often as I want, totally free of charge.

Review from Operations Dept

The Health benefits and amount of PTO day we are given.

Review from Admin Dept

We make a lot of money doing something we love.

The compensation is fair at our company, but the best part of all employees' packages, is that we get to take complimentary classes.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation should be higher for roles where you are doing multiple jobs under one title.

I am not paid fairly compared to the market

Infeel undervaulied becuase of the lack of compensation compared to the work required. Inmake below minimun wage once taxes are cut amd i am expected to do 2 job roles sometimes 3 if we are short team members. Their is an elietest culture at barrts with guests and facuilty

Compensation is obviously challenging given the current market environment. I'm confident comp will be adjusted as the business returns back to where it was pre-pandemic

Review from Marketing Dept

Higher salary for the scope of my role and working hours.

Review from Executive Dept

Increased compensation and transparent opportunities for equity.

Was paid about 60$ a class. Class costs 38$ To take. Reason why I left.

People I work with struggle to live off the wage their paid. People have turned down the job because the pay is too low. And considering the prices clients pay is so high, including all the fines people get for not showing up, it’s a wonder where the money is goin

It would be nice to have a better benefits package, matching for 401k and an option to buy stock or have equity in the company.

Review from HR Dept

I cover a lot a ground and bring a wealth of experience that I use to maintain the service my department provides above standards. I would simply value more money, but I love my company so much that I feel fine without out it.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The review process and annual increases is inconsistent.

It would be great if there were options to receive stock options or some sort of equity.
