What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

my coworkers are the only positive thing

Company culture is blaming employees on the lack of sales goals being met. In this store it's just dead all the time and the community is poor

We listen when we vent to each other and have good organization management

Growing company and always have new ideas

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better management. More compassionate. Treat employees with respect.

Take surveys to heart, the company had an employee review and a franchise review....Scott and team would not share or correct low marks.

Literally just pay us more. Give us the respect we deserve as human beings. Corporate wants all this knowledge and expertise but doesn't want to pay us. We are the monthly numbers. We see our profit compared to the entire stores pay. Do better.
