Leadership needs to improve professionalism, consistent policy enforcement, and respectful communication. Clear expectations, accountability, and fair treatment of all employees are lacking. Addressing concerns without intimidation and maintaining a respectful work environment are critical.

Profit sharing is laughable to say the least. If we score so many points we get 10% margin share. That would be great if the expectations were not astronomical. We made 15,000 PROFIT. SHEER. PROFIT. and if wasn't enough for corporate. We were still told it wasn't good enough.

Literally just pay us more. Give us the respect we deserve as human beings. Corporate wants all this knowledge and expertise but doesn't want to pay us. We are the monthly numbers. We see our profit compared to the entire stores pay. Do better.
