my coworkers are the only positive thing
Company culture is blaming employees on the lack of sales goals being met. In this store it's just dead all the time and the community is poor

Getting hired with no prior experience

Very comfortable and the interviewers were easy to talk to
It was more personal than most.
It wasn't like a real interview, it seemed very rushed and they told me I needed to be available all 7 days of the week and to transfer between stores. That was about it for the interview. I agreed and started the next day. So it was the easiest I've ever had really.
