401k, I have healthcare from my husband
I do not have one
Decent coverage, a lot of providers in network
I am happy to have a job and benefits.
Fair rate of pay Lots of recognition of a job well done
All of it compared to all other Home health care agencies
Salary is fair. Do wish insurance was a bit more affordable.
At fair market rates for salary - bonus is a joke and profit sharing no longer a value add
100% covered health insurance. 100% match on first 3% of 401k and next 2% gets matched at 50%. No limits put on time off. Team work 100% to cover your teammates. DEI team that is actually reported out on and taken very seriously.

The health insurance is bomb!

Benefits package is on-par for the Home Care Industry in general. That said, they're not quite as good as what you get at a hospital -- But personally, I prefer working one-on-one vs. the hospital environment.

The health care benefits are good
I am paid pretty fairly. Plus my health, dental, and life are all pretty good. Could be better, but there are a lot worse out there so I am pretty happy.
Money, and more money. Gotta love cash.

I am not sure if its the best but it does cover all of my needs. So I can't really complain too much about it.
I am part time but receive salary and benefits - hard to find in this rapidly changing economy!
Review from Operations Dept
the salary is the best part of the compensation package
Review from Operations Dept
I receive a fair wage, paid weekly
Review from Operations Dept
It’s much more affordable than other agencies I’ve worked for.

We get paid for traceling

Would need fair competetive salties and better benefits.
If the pay actually matched the amount of work we did and they actually valued office employees.
Terrible PTO. David Bayada talks about diversity and George Floyd and the moment he has to recognize us, the diverse employees, the 1st new federal holiday wasn't recognized. White privilege doesn't see us. The creation of the DEI department is a joke.
Understanding them better and know what benifit I have
Better paid, being compensated to travel expenses
The pay is poor. I know comparatively I don't make as much money as people in my role at other agencies. I have to push very hard to get a deserved raise.
Better pay rate also paid sick time off.
Rates vary depending on clients- higher work load with lesser pay rate. Monthly premium for health insurance benefits unaffordable; opted to purchase outside insurance. Raises infrequent/ small increments. Offered more money for uncovered shifts out of desperation, then drops down when more coverage
Higher rate would be beneficial
Overworked and underpaid; bring back better culture
Need more pay for my time as a CNA for 38 years
Stop changing and lying about pay employees do talk
I only work part time, i recieve no benefits
better 401k would be helpful
Insurance that actually protected or provided for health care. 401k that actually contributed to my future wellbeing. A salary that allowed me to live. I have none of those things currently. Create DEI programs, a women leadership iniative all you want. Pay women fairly.
Only contacted with negative feedback.
If our concerns are taken into consideration and addressed rather than it be seen as of no significance
Annual cost of living, guaranteed salary
Im an experienced trach-vent nurse (RN)and make a low salary.
Salary should be in alignment with level of responsibility
