Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is poor. I know comparatively I don't make as much money as people in my role at other agencies. I have to push very hard to get a deserved raise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all come together to get the job done for our clients. We all want the best for them and work hard. We always go the extra mile and we keep it about the clients!
