Its a thorough process. There is also a lot of communication.

I really don't feel undervalued. I feel appreciated for the work I do.

It is very thorough and there is a lot of communication during the interview process.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the work I, everyone I work with, and I am rarely struggling to find work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to jump in and help. There is mutual respect with everyone and we feel more like a family.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
This may have improved since when I interviewed but in general, it takes too long. Other than that, I think the interview process is fine.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid pretty fairly. Plus my health, dental, and life are all pretty good. Could be better, but there are a lot worse out there so I am pretty happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not bad but not great. Room for opportunity. Benefits work for me but could also be better. I wish there were more people though, the hours can be long.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Both with the pandemic and with the discussions around diversity, the leadership team has been very open about talking about this. Honestly, this was a lot more than I have seen/heard from other companies.
