They all take such pride in what they do. They listen, collaborate, and truly show compassion when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually listen when there are concerns, and take initiative when needed; I love that anyone I approach is open to collaboration.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Upper management listens, like really listens, to field staff concerns. Everyone is on an equal playing field. If you advocate for what you need, they will try to find a way to make it happen or put a plan together to reach a goal.
