Was good in the beginning with the exception of being bounced all over the place and no travel compensation. When mr. Bayada retired and turned the company over to his son the compassion for the employees went with mr. Bayada. We no longer have health insurance and no incentives to encourage us.

I can get a comparable paying job flipping burgers or bank teller and have good benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm being pulled in several directions being assigned to do work noone else wants to do and David bayada cut my health insurance off when covid hit and I was paying for half. He has no concern or compassion for us. I'm looking for other companies.
