I was promised plenty of work and opportunities transferring from my home office to a new company office. I have not worked a full week in months and not at all in the past month. I have contacted the office daily via email with zero response. I was lied to and then ignored.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Would be nice to have communication, honesty, precision, and dependability to start with.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Its notnthe culture that is the issue its the quality of people in their positions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Honestly I have given up on improvement. Given the sensitivity of the times it doesnt matter your qualifications for work it matters whonyou are buddy buddy with or your appearance
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Unfortunately the good nurses get loss in the mix with all the subpar nurses just looking for a paycheck not doing their required job not showing up on time not reporting correctly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It only takes a simple job search to show that I am being paid 5 or more dollars less an hour than other nurses doing the same job in my area. Thats starting out not factoring in I have been loyally with this company for 12 years. Im afraid this company is nkw embarrassing to work for
