I feel very secure.

The pace is challenging but not impossible.

I am still new, but i believe on a yearly basis

So far I have never dreaded a day at work. I am excited to get to work everyday.

I have had much worse, so I don't find it that difficult.

This is definitely a challenging place to work, but we are all working hard together.
What are the team outings like at Beazer Homes?
Great, we have a great rapport as a team, so its always nice to get out of the office with them from time to time.

I love my team!
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Beazer Homes?
Don't buy a bunch of dressy clothes, they will be allowing jeans soon! :) Other than that there haven't been any negative surprises.

In general, I find the morale to be positive.

Mix of cubicles and offices plus casual gatherings areas as well. The office has been renovated recently and looks great!

Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Beazer Homes?
I had a phone interview with the director of digital marketing, then an in-person interview again with the same person plus the senior director of customer experience. Then two more phone interviews with the CMO and the Director of Field Marketing

Normal stuff, can't remember anything too out of the ordinary. How would you handle a situation like ___? How do you handle stress?

At or slightly above industry standards
What's the vibe like in the Marketing dept at Beazer Homes? How many hours are you working?
I work around 50 hours a week, but we are treated like adults and are trusted to get our work done without a lot of oversight or micromanaging.
What's the Marketing team like at Beazer Homes?
A great team to work on, everyone is passionate and driven, but lots of fun at the same time!
How's the leadership on the Marketing team at Beazer Homes?
So far I am impressed with the leadership team I have encountered at Beazer. I would love to see more diversity in the C-level positions, more females and people of color.

It was an efficient and fast interview process. Every interviewer was friendly and engaging and the interviews were really what got me excited about working for the company!
