Mr. Barry J. Feld has been Chief Executive Officer of Cost Plus Inc. since October 25, 2005 and served as its President of Cost Plus Inc since October 25, 2005. Mr. Feld serves as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of PCA Finance Corp. He served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Board of PCA LLC, a subsidiary of Portrait Corporation of America Inc. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Portrait Corporation of America Inc. (PictureMe Portrait Studio) (formerly, PCA International Inc.), the largest North American operator of portrait studios focused on serving the discount retail market from August 1999 to November 4, 2005. Prior to joining PCA International in August 1999, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Vista Eyecare Inc., from November 1998 to June 1999. He served as President of New West Eyeworks, Inc. since May 1991 and its Chief Executive Officer since February 1994. From 1987 to May 1991, he was at Frame-n-Lens Optical Inc., and served as its President. Mr. Feld joined Frame-n-Lens Optical, Inc. in 1987 and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer until January 1990. Prior to that, he served in various senior management positions at Pearle Health Services, Inc. from 1985 to 1987. He served as Chairman of Portrait Corporation of America Inc., from January 2000 to November 4, 2005. He has been a Director of Cost Plus Inc., World Markets (a publicly traded specialty retailer based in Oakland, CA and of The Home Service Store in Atlanta, GA) since February 2001. Mr. Feld is a Member of the Board of Directors of Cost Plus World Markets. He served as Director of PCA LLC. He served as a Director of Mobile Mini Inc., from July 28, 2005 to November 2, 2005. He served as a Director of Portrait Corporation of America Inc., from August 1999 to October 21, 2005. He served as a Director of Vista Eyecare Inc., since February 1994 and New West Eyeworks, Inc. since May 1991. He has been a Member of the Young President' Organization since 1989. Mr. Feld is a Graduate of Essex College and the Stanford University Executive Management Program.
