What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding work-life balance. Listening to and respecting advice given by qualified people. Slowing down, the crazy pace and all high priority multitasking cause extreme stress to workers and making mistakes with production. No lessons are learned. Tell the truth.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no order. Company can improve by not demanding so much from everyone. and not paying accordingly. Provide actual training. SLOW DOWN. Workers cannot put care into product if every single task is extreme high priorirty and must be complete, no question
