A wild ride so far. People seem to be disconnected from the mission and so many new people who are not well trained and uncertain in their work.

Fast gaining of experience in pharmacutical industry, but most stressed out I have ever been in my life. This company can break you.

Zero training, trial be fire work environment. Actively deceiving clients to get extra work for the company. At risk of being exposed to harmful chemicals and biological agents with now known data for toxicity. Long hours not appreciation, paid 50% less than other engineers in the same position.
