Best Western Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Its safe--on time- good vibes

Dental was the most important.

Don't have one where I work

There is no full time even for full time hours

It has great discounts.. it amazingly awsome

transportation allowance, mobile allowance, on time,

Not sure yet but I will look into that more in the near future.

Compensation is very competitive with the rest of the industry.

Never got one given to me

Review from Customer Success Dept

The salary is the Best part

The 401K program is amazing.

It gives decently priced benefits

Review from Customer Support Dept

health care and 401k benifits

Great health and dental insurance options.

Retirement now if only someone would show me how to enroll

I work part time so I do not qualify

Review from Admin Dept

All the benefits are the best

Review from Sales Dept

it doesn't cost any thing

Review from Customer Support Dept

We get a bonus every month due to performance

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Increase rate of motivation and employee involvement

A raise in pay today

The GM retaliates and it affects pay and job status

They say things "dont do that its not your job" then get mad i didn't do it all my employees feel bad the ones i told because they know how hard i work. Etc

I was belittled in front of other employee and guest yelled out Time after time.i worked every weekend for almost the entire year until I finally had to put my foot down. Cuz it surely wasn't giving ME any benefits or privileges

Higher pay and medical benefits

we currently do not have any health benefits

Review from Customer Success Dept

not offered health insurance or anything even though i am working full time

I feel undervalued because of the way management treats and talks to staff.

Work really hard for not a lot of pay. Would love a bit of a raise to help with the inflation. They're a billion dollar company, they can pay a tad more.

I've been here 3 years, haven't missed a single shift, haven't called out, I bust my butt every single night, doing. And the owner promotes the person who was getting fired to management without so much as an consideration.

Other emploees are favorited and the hours are unjustiley changed due to favortism

Review from Customer Success Dept

Being paid like we already discussed and shown we do a good job and are appreciated instead of un needed yet we are very much needed.

Pregnancy accommodations. They don't even allow for a lunch break

Review from Customer Success Dept

To be offered benefits at the company

Review from Customer Success Dept

Better pay and more help.

Review from Operations Dept

The company looks for any excuse they can to avoid paying incentives, essentially turning their workforce into minimum wage employees.

Review from Sales Dept

Executive team & management are valued but not employees.

Poor salary with high cost medical/dental and eye benefits

I feel the position requires more knowledge then other jobs that pay the same amount.
