What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The management. Can't treat employees or guests with respect. Very rude and egotistical

The management get some one in there that can keep there word someone that hires an give broken promises someone that is not interested in hiring females under 25 I have deep concerns about that something not right about it

Rules need to be implimented to protect the workers from abusive customers. Pay needs to improve. Management needs to start acting like they care about our wellbeing.

Out of touch executive team. Poor communication, disregards past lessons & repeats mistakes over & over

I work at the call center, taking sometimes up to 100+ calls, and while you are given breaks, it sometimes is not enough for the call volume you have.

Neither leadership is making right road map and due to lack of leadership's strategies all initiatives are turned into fail and of no value to its customer as well as employ

Like I said communication needs to be reevaluated.

Board needs to start acting in the best interests of the shareholders and take corrective action in removing CEO that consistently underperforms when compared to bank peer group.
