Incentive programs for each department or having certain goals for each individual would be a great for people to know if they come in and work hard everyday they will be compensated.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Seems on the low side for comparable jobs out there even if it might be decent money for Lexington. Personally I don't think the compensation should be good for Lex...but comparable to national norms since BAF is trying to attract and keep national workers. Higher pay if doing a specialized job too
