BILL has a very welcoming culture! I'm never afraid to be myself in front of my peers, supervisors, or customers. Every day in the office is amazing because of our awesome staff. My direct manager ensures the team keeps a health work/life balance as well.

My team makes me the happiest at work. I know I'm always supported in everything I do and my manager and director both want to see me succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at BILL is like no other. The values we preach about are seen in action every day. I've even had full on conversations with our CEO and CPO just being myself, authentically and fun loving!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has taken many measures to ensure that we have an open line of communication for upcoming changes so all teams are on the same page. They also take the time to listen to the pain points of the "lowest tier" employee (customer facing advocates in Support).
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing. We're a well oiled machine that wants to be here and do what we do on a daily basis. There's never any friction if we need a helping hand from someone on the team. We always step in to support one another whenever we can even though we work in different states.
