Being realistic. Better organization and communication. Everything isn't just FUN and GAMES. Doing the difficult things instead of letting some lower person doing it to save face.
Strategy & communication. Also rhink about how you can inspire people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
better pay. Better allowance for home office needs. More than $40 for just wifi use.

I don't necessarily feel undervalued, but the company did not meet my minimum salary requirement range and offered me a smaller amount.

Although I appreciate the opportunities Birdeye has given me, I would have liked to see more competitive compensation when it comes to salary. Additionally, I would like to company to more pro-actively engage in discussions when it comes to upward career mobility.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Listening to people who have knowledge instead instead of just inserting an uneducated managerial decision. To stop blaming others with the lack of organization and planning falls though from poor leadership.

I would say they could do more company events but covid stopped a lot of that, but we do virtual stuff
