I was being bullied by a cook and no action was being taken. I was discriminated and taken advantage of because of my language barrier. This cook was causing me mental distress. Everytime I worked I had anxiety and would be attacked verbally by this cook.

Waiters are nice. Everyone in the kitchen is awful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management needs to be replaced immediately. 2021 and there is still bullying and discrimination in the workplace.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Do something with the cooks please they ate harrssing workers. Mentally giving me distress and anxiety everyday i work. Managers wont help me because that cook is family to the manager. Please
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to my language barrier everyone at work takes advantage of me. Mentally I cant handle working at the black bear located in modesto. I need someone to support me and listen to my side.
