Frustrating. I am i very hard working server, fully dedicated, passionate, and hard working server.. but yet i get pushed aside because our manager prefers to let his own family that he hired to take advantage on the floor.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I wish they would have ket me know that it is very family dominated.. no way possible to grow because of them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Servers duting the week are mistreated because out management team would prefer to hire their own family , secure their hours and mistreat the other workers who are not family.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I would wish that our managment team would let the hard working servers.. who put in the hours during the week, not only get get good tables on the weekends but get treated as such on the weekends. During the weekends our managers/ supervisors allow their own family to get better treatment.
