Fix services and support. Move Raiser's Edge to the cloud completely, focus on actual integration with your own products and value your employees more.
Focus on delivering a better product and actually be able to deliver services on time. Also, Blackbaud is rapidly losing people because they underpay or assign quotas that are not attainable.
Leadership needs to realize that until they fix their products and hire enough support and services to help clients adopt the tools, they can churn through a million sales people but it won't fix the actual problem
Blackbaud leadership understands that they can pay less than other tech companies because they are in Charleston, where jobs are harder to come by. They also hire multiple entry level sales people, knowing that the majority will not make it.
